BIPOC-LED. ANTI-OPRESSIVE. ACCESSIBLE. EIGHT LIMB YOGA.

Dr. Melissa Jay's hands are seen in prayer, in front of her heart.

The intention for Trauma-Informed Yoga Psychology School is to support you in learning ways to honour the roots of yoga while also empowering you with a thorough understanding of trauma-informed community care.

Our trainings are open to anyone open & ready to dive into anti-oppressive practices, on & off the mat.

As a student, you will learn to bring Trauma-Informed Yoga Psychology into the scope of your practice. The Trauma-Informed Yoga Psychology School is dedicated to providing opportunities for self-reflection as a means of enhancing self-awareness.
